This is my new blog. I am a gluten free cook and recipe developer who loves healthy food. I have had Crohn’s disease for 18 years and have learnt a lot. A healthy wholefood diet can heal your body. I eat a diet that is gluten free low dairy and high in fruits and vegetables. I love making healthy treats such as raw chocolate.
