Here’s my updated brownie recipe. Even more delicious.
125g grass fed butter or coconut oil
125g chocolate broken into pieces
3 eggs whisked
3/4 cup golden unrefined castor sugar
3/4 cup plain gluten free flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 tsp vanilla or vanilla bean paste
Pinch of salt
1) break your chocolate into pieces and place in a bowl together with the butter. Carefully melt them together. I use the microwave to do this but do short times to prevent burning.
2) In another bowl whisk together the sugar,eggs and vanilla.
3)In a third bowl place your flour,baking powder,cocoa powder and salt. Combine them well.
4) pour the egg mix into flour mix. When combined stir in the melted chocolate mix. Mix to combine don’t overdo the mixing or brownies will be rubbery.
5) Pour into a lined brownie pan and bake in a preheated oven set to160c. For 25/30 minutes.
They are great heated a little in the microwave.
