Hi it’s Friday afternoon here and I’ve just tested this mug cake. It’s so delicious and you can expect lots more of these. Can’t wait to try some other flavours. You can be eating cake in two minutes with this recipe. It’s grain free so suits paleo and gluten-free diets.
4 tablespoons hazelnut meal (or almond meal)
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1tsp coconut oil
In one bowl mix all ingredients except raspberries. Once your ingredients are well mixed carefully stir in raspberries. Pour into a mug and cook in microwave for two minutes .
dust with a little icing sugar and add a few extra raspberries to serve.
