1 cup buckwheat
1/4 cup brown rice flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tablespoon rapadura or coconut sugar
pinch of salt
1 flax egg or organ egg replacer
1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
1 1/4 cups almond milk
take two bowls. Place wet ingredients in one and dry in the other. When both bowls are mixed pour your wet ingredients into the dry and mix to combine.
